Thank You St. Jhn & Arnold Palmers
Spent about 40 hours in Atlanta, Georgia since a roundtrip ticket from the northeast was like $40 and one of our favorite artists (St. Jhn) was playing there…
And no regrets.
We had so much fun on this trip, did some of the touristy stuff (except for the Coca-Cola factory cause Free Palestine), and had some really good food and Arnold Palmers (literally all I drank during this trip). Most of the food isn’t pictured here cause we ate everything in like 2 minutes of getting it. Unfortunately, the popular Civil Rights Museum was closed since it was under renovation - but don't worry - I’ll be back.
As for transportation, we stayed in the suburbs and had to do a lot of ubering/lyfting, but that’s alright. I wish the rail was more accessible, but Atlanta’s bus system is pretty solid.
Need to add the food recs that we got simply because the food was TOO good, I’m sure there are many more nearby where we ate but this is solely what we were recommended/what we ate:
Rosie’s Cafe (pictured below)
Grit’s and Eggs Breakfast Kitchen
Rreal Tacos in West Midtown
Sub Zero Ice Cream
The Real Milk and Honey
26 Thai Kitchen and Bar
